JASON PHU IN FOOTSCRAY

15 - 24 November 2019
MAKERS WINDOW, FOOTSCRAY

Drawing on family history, JASON PHU responds to Footscray as a place of migratory resettlement. Sourcing materials from within the boundaries of the local area and in collaboration with the local community, Phu will create a mixed-media installation exploring the stories of his family and the history of the area, touching on the events that birthed places like Footscray the world over.

Join Jason  for an artist talk, Snacks and Chats with Jason Phu, at 6pm on Wednesday 20 November.

Co-presented with The SUBSTATION as part of DUE WEST FESTIVAL
